It is easy to stay connected to OSU once you retire. Below are resources for retired faculty, emeriti faculty and staff.
Retirees may apply for ID cards at the ID Center located in room 103 in the Memorial Union. Visit the ID Center to learn more. Acquiring an OSU ID for retirees will help simplify your ability to receive many other campus services.
Academy for Lifelong Learning (ALL) is a self-funded, peer-led, membership organization. ALL embraces learning as a lifelong process. ALL class offerings are diverse. Five strands encompass the Arts, Issues and Ideas, Humanities, Science, and World Cultures.
If you are looking for ways to met people and perhaps do some volunteering, the OSU Folk Club might be the answer. Membership in the OSU Folk Club is open to all current or former OSU women employees, wives or female partners of OSU employees and workers at the OSU Folk Club Thrift Shop.
Annual parking permits are available as a 50% discount on all zones for Emeriti and 25 Year Club retirees that are also OSURA members. For more information, call Transportation Services at 541-737-2583.
Retirees whose last FTE on record is .5 or more, are eligible to enroll in OSU course credits at staff rates, up to 12 credits per term. You may audit classes at no charge with the instructor’s consent. For information call 541-737-8254.
Athletic tickets are available at faculty/staff rates for emeritus faculty only. For information call OSU Athletics at 541-737-4455.
With an OSU retired staff ID card, you are eligible to receive discounts on textbooks purchases. For information call the OSU Beaver Store at 541-737-4323.
OSU Today is a daily digital publication highlighting OSU people and programs. Life@OSU is a monthly digital publication about the lives and stories of OSU.
Retired employees are eligible for a Recreational Sports membership. Memberships are available by the day, term or year at regular staff rates when you present your ID card. For membership questions call 541-737-3748 or visit their website.
